1. You submit a booking request.
2. The hostel reviews and either accepts or declines.
3. If accepted, you proceed to make payment.
4. Once payment is verified, your booking is confirmed.
No. You only make payment after the hostel accepts your booking request.
The reservation fee is RHbooking’s platform service charge. It is included in your total payment and is non-refundable once payment is made.
The reservation fee is non-refundable. Any refund of hostel fees depends on the hostel’s cancellation rate, which is displayed before you book.
1. Online payment: Pay through the platform and the hostel is paid within 48 hours (minus the reservation fee).
2. Direct bank transfer: Pay directly to the hostel and upload your receipt for confirmation.
